Obi Cubana Has Been Released From EFCC Custody From Allegations Of Money Laundering and Tax Fraud

Hello Guy, it all over the internet that the popular billionaire Obinna Iyiegbu popularly called as Obi Cubana has been arrested by Economic and financial Crimes Commission. 

Billionaire entrepreneur, Obi Cubana has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The 46years old business man, Obi Cubana is from Anambra State, eastern Nigeria and he is into entertainment and hospitality business. 

The business expert who was arrested on Monday afternoon, 1st November 2021 following allegations linking him to money laundering and tax fraud has been set free by the security agency.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has finally released businessman Obi Cubana. 

He was arrested and taken to the headquarters of the anti-graft agency, Jabi, Abuja, on Monday, November 1, following allegations of money laundering and tax fraud.

He was, however, released on Thursday evening, November 4, after he had spent three days in detention undergoing interrogations.

According to the spokesman of the commission, Wilson Uwujaren, who confirmed the release to reporters on Thursday night, Cubana was allowed to go after the crack detectives of the commission completed their questioning.

The news about his release was shared by his colleague and friend, Instigator PH via his Instagram page.

He wrote:

“Thank u Jesus!! @obi_cubana is free. We gat Jesus!!! . Dis Dance is for all my fans. I love u all.”
